This sketch of the Lowndes Grove Plantation set the tone for the mossy, romantic feel of a South Carolina wedding.
The artist actually combined viewpoints from two different photographs to create this image.
The Burroughs Home located in Fort Myers, Florida is a historic and popular location for weddings and events. Located on palm tree-lined McGregor Avenue, this venue exudes old-Floridian history and style.
Tying in the home sketch gives the guest imagery of the event location and adds depth to the Invitation Suite.
Many of our Invitations featuring home sketches will be placed in the envelope with the sketch facing up so that it's the first thing that guests see when they open the envelope.
The Dominion House Guthrie is another popoular wedding and event venue. The site was originally a Masonic children's home built in 1923.
The sketch of the Dominion House was used in tiny accents of this Invitation suite.
Guests were able to see the sketch featured on the custom postage on both the invitation and response envelopes.
The Dominion House was also prominently placed on the front tab of the pocket fold where guests would see it befor they opened the Invitation.
“Live, love, and surround yourself with good company” is the motto at The Cypress Grove House.
We've created two different Invitation Suites for celebrations at this venue.
This Invitation also revealed the home sketch as the first look for guests when opening the envelope.
As guests explore the other side of the home sketch the Invitation is revealed with florals and charcoal printing that compliment both the historic home and hand drawn look of the artwork.
We have one final home sketch to share as and example of inspiration for a stationery suite using a private residence.
We'll share pictures of the save the date and invitation in a blog a little further down the road.
Thank to Trenholm Photo for capturing these brilliant photos.
